Girl: Wait, hold on. Is Italy a country?

Story Two:
(While on a family vacation to Rome)
Me: Now we can brag that we've been to Italy.
Sister: When have we been to Italy?
Me: Uh. Now?
Sister: But we're in Rome. Isn't Rome its own country?
